Coach Z was founded by Thomas Zinsli, senior HR leader and Executive Coach based in the Zurich area. Coach Z partners with leaders and teams through executive coaching, leadership coaching, team coaching, and other coaching services working in both English and German.
Thomas brings over 20 years of experience as an impact-driven Global HR Executive, combining a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset with deep expertise in people strategy, organizational development, and large-scale transformation. His career spans consumer goods, retail, and financial services, operating at global, regional, and local levels.
His coaching work focuses on senior leaders and executives navigating complexity, leadership teams in periods of change, and professionals in high-impact business partner roles who need to operate with clarity, resilience, and influence in demanding environments.
