Mentoring for HR Leaders with Coach Z is designed for senior HR professionals and HR leaders who are looking for a trusted, experienced sparring partner when navigating complex organizational, leadership, and people-related challenges. Drawing on over 20 years of senior HR leadership experience in complex contexts, it offers a focused space to reflect on real situations, test thinking, and gain a practical perspective. Examples of topics are credible positioning at senior level, shaping the HR agenda, handling demanding stakeholders, leading change and transformation, or making sound judgments in ambiguous situations. Unlike coaching, mentoring is explicitly experience-based and may include recommendations and advice. It combines reflection with perspective and pragmatic insight, always grounded in your specific context. The intent is to enable you to explore new approaches, broaden options, and strengthen confidence in your role. Mentoring is offered as single sparring conversations or as an ongoing mentoring relationship, depending on your needs. It can also be combined with coaching.
