Coach Z was created to partner with leaders in an impactful way, especially in moments of complexity, pressure, and change. My coaching is about unleashing movement, not only forward, but deeper, more aligned, and more intentional.
I believe meaningful change happens when people slow down to think clearly, challenge their assumptions, and reconnect with what truly matters. That’s why my coaching is always personalized, shaped by your unique context, goals, and the realities you are navigating.
I act as a trusted guide, someone who brings both pragmatic insight and deep presence. I have built Coach Z alongside my ongoing career as a senior corporate HR leader, which keeps my coaching firmly connected to the realities leaders face today. Having spent over 20 years in senior HR leadership roles and partnering with leaders and C-level executives, I understand the pressures of decision-making, stakeholder dynamics, and leading through ambiguity. At the same time, my coaching is grounded in a values-driven, humanistic approach that meets clients where they are, while supporting real movement forward.
I work primarily with senior leaders and executives, leadership teams experiencing change, and professionals in high-impact business partner roles who want to strengthen their clarity, resilience, and leadership impact - without losing themselves in the process.
