Service Description

Leader Assimilation is a structured, facilitated team session designed to support leaders as they step into a new role and join an existing team. It is a powerful element of an effective onboarding process, helping leaders and teams build trust, alignment, and clarity early on. Using a proven and well-established approach, the session creates a safe and focused space for open dialogue about expectations, ways of working, and success criteria. It combines joint conversations with the leader and the team with separate reflection spaces, allowing both the leader and the team to surface perspectives, ask meaningful questions, and address potential misalignments constructively. The result is faster integration, reduced friction, and a stronger foundation for collaboration, so the leader can become effective more quickly, and the team can move forward with shared understanding. Leader Assimilation can be offered as a stand-alone intervention or combined with Leadership or Executive Coaching to support the leader beyond the initial transition phase. Option to combine with transitional coaching for new leader.
