Leader Assimilation is a structured, facilitated team session designed to support leaders as they step into a new role and join an existing team. It's a focused and effective element of onboarding, helping leaders and teams build clarity, alignment, and trust early on. Based on a proven approach, the session creates a focused space for open dialogue around expectations, ways of working, and success criteria. It combines joint conversations between leader and team with separate reflection spaces, enabling perspectives to surface, key questions to be addressed, and potential misalignments to be discussed constructively. The result is faster integration, reduced friction, and a strong foundation for collaboration, allowing the leader to become effective more quickly and the team to move forward with shared understanding. Leader Assimilation can be offered as a stand-alone intervention or combined with Leadership or Executive Coaching to support the leader beyond the initial transition phase.
